Once they’ve been given a clean bath, our trusty groomers move on to hair and nail trimming. This procedure also includes cleaning its ears, teeth, paws, and other hard-to-reach areas that most dog owners have trouble with.

Our On Lead Training Just Works

Are you and your dog having a hard time getting on the same page? Do you wish that you could find a trainer that will help bring you two closer together? They say a dog is a man’s best friend, and our On Lead training program at Dog’s Day Inn aims to reinvigorate that bond.

What is our On Lead training, you ask? Simply put, we put your dog through a 14-day course with one of our trainers. Throughout the course, your dog will learn basic call signs that we feel every dog ought to respond to. These call signs include sit, stay, heel, and come.

We do this by incorporating hand gestures and verbal language interaction. If the dog successfully adheres to the call signs, we reward your dog with positive praise.

What’s special about our On Lead program is the exclusion of doggy treats or other miscellaneous devices that, we feel, curb the effectiveness of dog training.

Instead, we heighten the rate of success by using a chain collar, and leather leash, and engaging in activities with our trainers.

It’s not all work, though. Your dog will surely get the chance to be the free, fun dog that they are. This mixture of work and play allows us to assess your dog’s strengths and weaknesses.

By the time the course is over, you’ll be amazed at how responsive and obedient your dogs have become. We’ll walk you through the steps of how to constantly keep your dogs engaged with your directives.
